I have an assessment form with many small text fields that are arranged in a grid format. Within each field, a user is able to enter a yes, no, or N/A answer. They also have the ability to enter additional comments in the small boxes because I have checked the "Multi-line" and "Scroll long text" boxes.
My problem occurs when I go to print this form and can obviously not see all of the text in the box if a scroll bar is used. Is there a setting or a way that all text (including the text you have to scroll down to see in a given field) can be viewed when printing?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Set the point size of the font to something other than "Auto", Select Multi-Line but deselect Scroll long text and the user will be force to express themselves in the space allotted. Then just print.

It's possible to create a script that copies the text from the box to a larger, empty box on the last page of the page (for example) before the file is printed and then copies it back afterwards, but that requires a somewhat complex script.

Unfortunately that requires a much more advanced skill set than I have, but thank you for the clarification.
I ended up revising the overall format of the worksheet so the size of the boxes were no longer a problem.
