Printing Secured PDF forms to PrintPDF

We need to be able to print dynamic LiveCycle
forms to PDF so we can use commenting tools to
give feedback to the form user.

We also need to secure the dynamic form
so no one edits the content.

Here's the problem:

Acrobat will not allow secured pdfs to be printed to PDF.

Is there a way to secure a LiveCycle form so someone with Acrobat Pro cannot alster the form in LiveCycle but allow the form to be printed to PDF in order to use the commenting tools?

Thanks in advance.

LiveCycle Designer, Windows

If I understand correctly your question... I personally don't use LiveCycle Designer because I work on a mac but... if you have acrobat pro, maybe you can do this...

Do the form in LiveCycle Designer, make it a pdf, then within acrobat pro open that pdf and change the security settings: File>Properties>Security Tab>
Security Method: Password security, check:restrict printing and changing of the document, type a password, allow printing, changes allowed: commenting, filling in form fields, etc. With this last option the end user will be able to fill out the form and make comments but will not be able to copy and paste or alter any of the content unless they have the password.

Hope this helps.
