Problems viewing submit form button

I have experienced this problems on a number of occassions, when submitting an Acrobat 9 Standard Form.

I have had recipients contact me to say that the submit form button on the top of the page is missing, all recipients work in NHS organizations.

Clearly I would like to be in a position that I could talk through the possible reasons why this is.

I am wondering if this part of the form is being blocked by the firewall? If it is the firewall it does not seem to apply to all recipients within that organization, some have no problems seeing the button and returning.

If this is the case is there a diffrent method of distributing the form that would get around this problem?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.2, Windows

Further update, seems problem is in the ways the pc's are configured in the organization, rather than the firewall. The problem is with JavaScript within the forms.

From what I have read JavaScript is an integral part of Acrobat Form, so it maybe there is nothing I can do in terms of distributing the forms and managing the responses.
