I'm using Acrobat Professional version 7 and wondering if I have the ability in this version to allow the "reader enabled" so those using Acrobat Reader can save back to a form.

Acrobat Pro. 7 only allows you to Reader-enable PDFs for Review and Commenting. Acrobat Pro. 8 allows you to do this for forms as well (check out the EULA as some restrictions apply).
