a protected form by a password

hello,

i've created a form, that i want my web users to fill. when opening the file my web server automaticaly enter the password, without the user's involvment. the user is able to save the form on his own computer for read-only purpose. the file is protected with a password for opening the file and 2nd password for more permissions. is there an option to show a message for those that open the file telling them, what the password (for opening only) is?
