Purple bar has dissapeared and now I cannot distribute my form... Please help - URGENT DEADLINE!

Please please please help!

Using Acrobat 8

I need to have a form finished by 6pm (2 hours time) and I made all of the fields and I clicked save and then I lost the purple bar and also the distribute button is no longer clickable... I've never made a form with acrobat before so I instinctively clicked save! I was testing out my calculations fields at the time. I need to be able to distribute this form tonight.

I am using Mac OSX 10.5.8.

Please help!

Check your application preferences for the "Forms" category, "Edit => Preferences" or + "K", make sure the "Always hide forms document message bar" is not checked.Do you have a "Submit" button on the form?
