Question About Fillable PDFs

I have Adobe Acrobat Professional and have created a fillable form. How can I make it so that users I send it to are able to fill it out and send it back to me? A friend tested this on regular Acrobat and was able to fill the form out, but nothing happened when she tried to send it back me by pressing Submit. What do I need to do?
