for now it look like this http://tasseriet.com/exempelform.jpg but do I realy need to have five lines if I want much information or can I in some way make one big form "square" there you can fill in everything?

2. I use create pdf from a word document but if I want to make changes in the text (or maby do one more enter somewhere) do I need to change the word document and chose "create pdf from.." again or can I make those changes in Acrobat?

1. Make a text field over the entire area and set it to be multiline.
2. The best way is to edit the Word document and then re-create the PDF.

You can also replace the underlying page and keep for the fields intact.

In Adobe Acrobat:
File menu->Replace pages
