I would like to create an interactive multiple choice quiz so that my students can select an answer then click a submit button whereby the quiz would be immediately graded so that students can receive their mark and then the mark gets emailed to me (teacher).
I would like a sample so that I can work off of it.

Ted Padvova has an example multiple choice quiz with submit button on his Blog created with Acrobat and Captivate-
