Quote Sheets with product/prices

hi, I've been searching can cannot find what I'm looking for, mostly cause I'm not sure how to word the search. I have Acrobat 8 pro. I use it to fill out quotes for customers. I would like to find out if there is a way for me to create a product list with prices that can help me fill it out quicker. There are alot of products I use on a regular basis and can keep the prices current in a list such as excel. Is there a way to do this? I would have to spend the time creating the list, but I'd like to either enter a product number (that i create) or description and it fills in the prices for me. It will save some time in the long run. The information I have on the items in the quote are
- Description, quanity, and price. Thank you very much in advance
