Radio Button

I have 2 group of radio button and I am new working with pdf javascript.
I am wonder if there is a way
if the user check one radio button from group 1 which had 2 options A and B
and
one radio button from group 2 which has options C and D
if the user check one from each group it will uncheck automatically and check the one which has both from each group.

Any help will be appreciated and thank you in advance.
