Radio Buttons in Forms

I'm creating a Voting ballot, and I'm using Radio Buttons. I know that if I name multiple radio buttons the same, you can only select one. What I want to know is, is there a way to now make sure that you can't select multiple rankings on one candidate.

If each set of Radio buttons that have the same name has different export values, your problem is solved. Just make sure each name on the ballot has a unique set of radio buttons.
