Reader 8 won't go to page 2 of javascript pdf

We use Liquid Office to serve pdf docs, which are then opened in Adobe Reader. In Reader 8, our 2-page pdfs (forms) fly back to page one as soon as some attempt is made to get to the 2nd page. The problem only occurs with javascript enabled, which we need. ANY insight greatly appreciated, [link=mailto:ruben [dot] guevara [at] isd [dot] sccgov [dot] org]ruben [dot] guevara [at] isd [dot] sccgov [dot] org[/link]

Have you checked the document Page Actions to see if a script is forcing the view back to page one?
