I reviewed the user license agreement item NO. 14.13.3 regarding Reader extended documents. What is considered a unique document? If I made a minor revision to an existing form, is that considered a new document? If so does that mean that the 500 user limitation resets for both options A and B of the agreement? Also, what is considered a unique recipient?

Hi.

My understanding is that 500 is the limit per form; making changes and saving it with a unique name technically creates a different form.
