I created a form in Excel and then converted to pdf form. I then ran form field recognition. I want to remove only 1 form field where there is a digital signature. I want to make the person complete the form, print and sign by hand. How do I remove this one form field?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.1.2, Windows

I would also like to know how to make the form calculate (add) the total of other form fields where there is a dollar amount directly above the field that shows the total.
