Remove Form Field Function/Save

Hi;
 
We are using Acrobat 9 Pro. We have created forms such has invoices change orders ect. Once the form has been saved to a local folder and then issued via email. The recipient can open and edit the form. How can we remove this once a employee has entered the data and then save pdf form?

You can create a script that locks the fields (or makes them read-only), or even flattens the file.
However, I would execute this code when the file is saved, but through a dedicated button.
