Reordering tabs.

I'm finally at the end of my form, just trying to order all the tabs. But my form is kinda weird, and no matter how I try the tabs get all crazy, but they end up in clumps all over, for instance tabs 230-237 should be 81-88, and it's full of little things like that...is there an easy way to move multiple tabs to the right place, or do I have to continue moving them one at a time?

Thank you.

Unfortunately, you're stuck with the inscrutable (I'm being family fiendly here) method. Acrobat 9 introduced that new method, which replaced the far more efficient method that's available with Acrobat 3-8. Just the other day I did an informal test to compare Acrobat 9 and 7. With a form containing 89 fields (text and check boxes) it took about 15 minutes to correctly set the tab order in Acrobt 9, but less than 2 minutes to do the same in Acrobat 7. Some people prefer the new method to the old, but I don't get it. I'm convinced that many just weren't aware how to work with the old method properly. (I have to find someone to sponsor tab order races, I could make a bundle!)

And just wait until the tab order gets mangled when you simply change something like the position of one or more fields. This bug was introduced with Acrobat 9 and persists today in Acrobat 10, despite numerous bug reports about this issue. I haven't yet checked 10.0.1 though...

I always urge folks who care about this to submit a feature request and bug report: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform
