Repetitive form creation process

Hello! I am a complete and total newbie here, so bear with me:

My general day-to-day procedure with Form creation is to take .wpd files (WordPerfect documents) and publish them to .pdf where I then use the Form Creation Wizard to turn them into fillable forms. With these WordPerfect documents I put lots of underscores in the fields where I want there to eventually be a textbox. When I'm done preparing my WordPerfect document I click the "Publish to PDF" button and that converts it to a .pdf file. Then in Adobe Acrobat I run the Form Creation Wizard and that I guess that does an OK but by no means perfect job. I still need to rename most of the textboxes and edit their corresponding ToolTips. This is very time-consuming. When I'm done I save the .pdf and everything's fine.

The problem occurs when I have to edit the original WordPerfect document again, like I need to add a paragraph or a page of additional text. I have to then go and re-run the entire Forms Creation Wizard and edit all the textboxes the exact same way and it's every bit as time-consuming as it was the first time. And what happens in the future if I have to edit the WordPerfect document yet again? And again a couple days later? Is there any way to make this repetitive form creation process faster and easier? Are there special things I can do within WordPerfect that will help the Form Creation Wizard (for example, can I explicitly set the eventually-created textbox's ToolTip to read "Address")? If not WordPerfect, are there any other word processing applications that can do this? Help!

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.2, Windows

You can use "Document > Replace Pages" to replace the pages in the old PDF with the pages in your newly created PDF. Any form fields, links, code, bookmarks, and other annotations that may be present will be retained so they do not need to be recreated.

As a fellow newbie, I have to say THANK YOU George! I have been wasting my time inserting a new pdf page into my scripted pdf and then cutting/pasting and repositioning all of the scripted fields on the new pdf. I am going to use the Replace Page...function on the next form I do....THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
