Resizing text box in forms

I use the Create Forms option on a daily basis and have always had no problem resizing text fields and repositioning them, especially when I copy and paste an existing field.

However, since my last software upgrade it will only let me resize or move the text boxes in large chunks of space and will not let me locate the box exactly where it needs to be. It seems like some sort of default has changed that only allows it to move a certain amount of space.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, do you know how I can adjust that setting?

I think that is the ONE thing I had not tried! It worked. Thanks for making my day so less frustrating! Have a good day!
