I had been using Acrobat and LiveCycle 8 at work to test distributing a PDF form that users could complete and return back to us. It worked beautifully and was so easy to figure out. I used my email client (Groupwise) to distribute the form to some folks around the office and when I received their responses, they were very easily saved into a concise response file by Adobe.
We recently switched to X and I've been having trouble with distribution. I can deploy the files just fine, but when I receive responses they are not recorded in the "_responses" file, as they had been in the previous versions.
The default text body in the email back to me once someone has responded states "Instructions to add this form to a response file:
1. Double-click the attachment.
2. Acrobat will prompt you to select a response file."
The problem is...I am not be prompted.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
