Is it possible to route forms from multiple user's into a single form which would tallying all the user's responses?

You might also check out the Distribute Form and Compile Returned Forms features in Acrobat 8 Pro. These features allow you to send out a form to multiple recipients, and then compile the information that is returned to you. For more information visit the following article on AcrobatUsers.com:
