I'm trying to set up a form where I have two different address lines...One for personal and one is for mailing (if they have two different ones). I want to be able to use a check box to automatically fill in the mailing address with the personal address when checked. I'm using LiveCycle Designer in Acrobat Pro 9.

Can anyone please help me?
