Save As doesn't save all text fields

I am using Acrobat 8 Pro Version 8.1.4 and Adobe Reader 9 Version 9.3.3.

I created a form using Acrobat. I then use Reader to fill in the form and save the input.

My problem is that some text fields save but many others do not save.

I have tried to find some property that I am setting improperly but I can't find anything.

If someone has experienced this problem, can you tell me what I need to do to resolve the issue or point me to a forum item which resolves the issue?

Very odd. Do you have both applications on the same machine? That's not recommended. You should have either Acrobat or Reader.

I do have both Acrobat and Reader installed on the PC. Should I remove Reader? After removing Reader, is there anything I need to do to make sure Acrobat is installed properly?

Remove Reader and then repair the installation of Acrobat.
