Save the generated PDF in Local Disk

Hi,

I have created a form, form contains 3 input fields

1st input field = first name
2nd input field = last name
3rd input field = current date

so, it will generate the report in another pdf.

The requirment is when the user press the save button it should take the file name of 1st input field & 3rd input

field and save the generated report in the d:\ drive.

If any provides the javascript, It will be greatful.

could any help in this regards.
