saving form data

I've created a form, enabled usage rights and sent it out. After I receive a filled out form, is there any way for me to "lock" the answers, so that they aren't altered by some accidental mouse clicks? These forms may pass through several hands, so we are concerned that answers may be accidentally lost or changed.

You need to lock the fields at the user end when they complete filling out the form. This can be handled by adding a script to the Submit button that sets the fields to Read Only.
