Saving form as a non-form PDF

I access a website for my business that creates my receipts as PDF forms. I use a Macintosh running 10.6 and when I try to send those receipts through Mail it displays the message "To view the full contents of this document, you need a later version of the PDF viewer. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.php
For further support, go to www.adobe.com/support/products/acrreader.php" instead of the PDF file. I realize forms are not viewable in Preview, but I need a way to convert those form files to a normal PDF to email them out. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks!

So the Receipt has interactive forms fields on it? That's a bit unusual. And the PDF Viewer on Mac doesn't display form fields? That's unusual too. Even if it doesn't allow entering data into a form field it should display them.

The easiest thing to do would be to flatten the forms and maybe optimize them for an earlier version.

To do this you can do one of the following in Acrobat Pro.

1) use the Flatten tool, which can be found here:
http://www.pdfscripting.com/public/65.cfm

2) Print the Reciept to PDF, which creates a flattened form

3) Use a PreFlight Profile to flatten and optimize.
