Securing form fields

Can a form have 'groups' of fields secured separately by clicking on a button to secure those fields in a particular area of the form only. This would be useful where a form is sent from one person to the next etc., each filling in their own part of the form, securing that part and then passing it on to the next person.

You might try adding a Signature field that can lock the fields after one recipient fills in fields and signs the document.

If not using any Signature fields you could use a button that runs a routine to set fields to Read Only and then deletes the button.

A number of different JavaScript routines can be used depending on how you want the users to complete the form.
