Hi guys,

i hope someone can help. I have recently purchased adobe 8 pro, and have just created a form. I have sent it to friends and family as a test, but because they dont have the upgraded version they are unable to fill the form and send back with ease. Obviously the ability for a customer to send back a form is important. how can i get around this? is there a setting?

will appreciate anyone that can help.

thanks

Unless your family is still at version 5 or below, the issue is not with Reader. but the rights provided by your form. See:

1.1-- Can I save a filled out PDF form using the free Adobe Reader?

HI,

OPEN UP YOUR FORM. CLICK ON THE TOP ADVANCED, AND THEN CLICK ON ENABLE USER RIGHTS. THIS WILL ALLOW YOUR END USER TO FILL IN AND FORM AND RETURN IT TO YOU.
