I have a form with a ton of fields to fill in. i need to be able to set the tabbing order manually. I know how to do it but it is not working. Can anyone help? I created the file in InDesign CS2 and let Acrobat 8.0 set the text boxes in the table. Here is the link to the file: [link=http://www.nuckledesignworks.com/pdf/Editable_Order_Form.pdf.zip]http://www.nuckledesignworks.com/pdf/Editable_Order_Form.pdf.zip[/link] thanks in advance for your help!

Hi youngloopy,

I took a look at this form and you can set the tabs manually. Choose Forms > Edit Fields > Set Tab Order.
Note: You can choose this command only if the tab order property in the Page Properties is set to Unspecified, which in your case it is. Click No in the message that appears (be sure to select No).
Numbers representing the tabbing order for the fields appear in the upper left corner of each field. Click anywhere in the field that you want to be first in the tabbing order. The number in the upper left corner is set as 1. Click each of the other fields in the order that you want tabbing to occur.

Hope this helps,
Lori
