Good afternoon,
I created a Security Policies and apply it to all I create PDF's, what happens is that I forgot the password, the rule this saved on my computer .. is there any possibility to know the password?

Don't believe there is - Acrobat won't tell you, and the entry in the security policy file is hashed. There are several 3rd-party software tools which will remove passwords from PDFs, though they only tend to work if the document is free to open (i.e. security just stops printing and editing).
