I set up digital signatures on pdf with seemingly exact machines I can get the pop up to sign on one machine but not the other for example on my desk top at work and home but not my bos's desktop or my laptop.
any suggetsions?
yes i tried disabling the pop up blockers etc.

Acrobat Pro 7.0.9, Windows

Hi birdman,

Please provide more background on this behavior (i.e., version of OS, version of Acrobat, version of Reader, etc.). Does this happen with a pre-exisitng signature field or when then pen tool is used? What Preferences are set for Security?
