Some users cannot submit forms.

I created a PDF that is fillable and I'm using forms to track them in one large responses file. so far, everyone has had no issues, except two users in particular.

Everyone either uses Adobe 9 Standard or Pro in this office.

The problem users fill out the form, and when they hit submit, they select Desktop Email, which is correct and has happened for everyone else, fill out their name and email address and hit next, but what does not happen is that the email is sent. Instead they get prompted for a mail profile to choose from. Thing is, we only have one mail profile with is Outlook 2007.

I cannot figure out why for these two users this is happening. Please help!

Do those users have their desktop eamil client set to be "MAPI", Messaging Application Programming Interface, enabled?

More information is in the Acrobat JS API Reference.

Where do you set that in Outlook 2007?

We are all on Exchange.

Edit: Just checked in the Exchange Management Shell and MAPI is turned on for all inboxes.
