Submit button and Signature Line

I need to find out how to put a submit button on a form that I need to email to a recipient. And I need to know what I need to do so that recipient can sign the form and email it back to me.

I also have a question about submit buttons. Our button is working as planned - submitting an XML file to a specified email alias. I would like to just send a pdf, though. I got some brief instructions about how to do that on today's eSeminar, but it looks like the only option is to submit a pdf to a specified URL. Can a pdf be sent to an email address?

I also would like to know if there is a way to add a "Save" button to a form. We are posting this form on our intranet and once it is submitted, the submitter cannot retrieve their completed form. (Most of our employees only have Adobe Reader).
