I have seen a few posts on this and have tried some of the advice but nothing is working - if I choose send PDF I get - this operation is not allowed- if I choose FDF it works but the info is un-retrievable and the HTML option doesnt send a link. What is even weirder is that the button doesnt show the text

I have gone through a few tutorials and just cant get it to work

The idea for us is to have these PDF self assessment checklists for the users to open online line fill out some textboxes and place checkmarks, click "Email Form" and have the info sent to a coworker of mine - is there a way to acknowledge the users's info was sent? Why is this so hard? We are really trying to have a paperless office and we want to avoid users needing to print this and fax it - even filling it out saving it and emailing it is more steps than we want our users to do -

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.3.1, Macintosh

Have you Reader-extended your form for recipients with the free Reader. You'll need to do this in order to send a PDF with the data.

Don't know about your other problem, but as far as the text on the button goes, did you enter the text in the label box? I forgot to do that the other day, just a suggestion.
