I created an interactive form using Adobe Professional 7.0. The submit by e-mail button is not working for users with Adobe Reader 6.0 and 7.0. I have searched the web and was not able to find an answer. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Check the format of the email address for the submit button, there may be a typo.

Also check the security settings in the files properties.

You could also insert a JavaScript to check the users version of Reader as a Page Open action.
