I am working on a form that has 3 areas. The first area is filled in by staff. Then there are 2 other areas to be approved by 2 different people. The submit email button send the data from the form as an xml file attachment. I will like to send the file as a pdf attachment. Is this possible without first saving the pdf file and reattaching the pdf file to an email? I am using Acrobat Prof 7.

You'll need Professional 8.0 to enable usage rights, so that a person with Reader can save their form data.
