One of our end-users is clicking on "submit by email" but nothing happens. The form stays there but does not open his email application and he cannot send it. He is using Windows XP Home, has Adobe Reader 8.1, and the form does accept data and calculates; it just won't send the form by email. I know the form works because other end-users click submit and I receive the form.

I thought though that the email program needed to be open at the time when the client clicks submit for the email to be sent.
