Is there any way we can save a PDF form for distribution without the "Submit Form"
coming up in the mauve banner acrioss the top, all we want the customer to do is
save and send, I know they can save and send but we dont want the submit form
showing in the banner.

You cant remove that i'm afraid if you use the distribute method. Alternative tho is to just extend features in Reader from the advanced tab and this will allow them to save and send
