Submit Form button

Hi
I often distribute forms and people respond that they do not have a "submit" form button on the top right hand corner, nor see the required "red" sections, nor can they "submit by email" using the button on the form. I have version 9.0 Pro and can do it, but some people with Version Acrobat Reader 8.0 cannot - is the version issue the problem?
Thanks

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.3.1, Windows

If there is a physical submit button on the form, and the form is Reader Enabled, then ideally there shouldn't be a problem submitting data by email. There are version issues, and there have been many reports of problems with email submission.

But you haven't explained all the specifics of you're situation. Did you put this form through the "Distribute Form" Wizard?

I have very similar problem. I do create a form in LiveCycle designer but after disttribution (I use distribute wizard) "form document message bar" is hiden so I cannot see "submit" form button on the top right corner. Additional physical "submit by email" button on the form is not working as well.

It looks like for some reasons Acrobat is hiding "form document message bar" and physical buttons are not active.

I am base on Windows Vista operation system. The same form is working fine on XP operation system.

Is there any way that I can alter my from for Vista or it is something with Acrobat itself?

Thanks

What versions of Acrobat/Reader are used for creating the form, and is there a specific version that is having an issue? Has this been tested on a variety of systems, or just one? Have you seen this issue with other forms you've created?
