Submit Form to Outlook Email

Hello... Is there a way that I can put a button in a form that when you press it it automatically sends the PDF File as an attachment in an Outlook Email account to a specific destination (another email address in the same domain)? Im guessing I will have to use some JavaScript but Im not really familiar with it... Hope you can help :)
