Using Adobe Acrobat 8, I have a form that I want others to complete and submit through email. They are able to type on the form, the security (no security) should allow submission, usage rights are enabled under Advanced, but not all people can send the email when they click the submit button that should send it to a predetermined email. Those that have professional can, those who have Outlook 2007 can, but most others cannot. When they click submit, it brings up the mail client shows the attachment (.pdf or .fdf) and the proper email address, but the send button cannot be selected. Thoughts? suggestions?
