submitting an emil of a pdf in Adobe 9 using outlook web access

In my form I have a submit button that send the completed form back to certain users with the mailto:users option. All of our users use Outlook Web Access. How can I make this bring up the web application since outlook is not installed on any of the actual pc's?

You can't. Submit to email only works with local email clients. You might want to look at a PDFFormToMail server scripts
