I have a form that the user fills out and then hits the Submit button to email it to me. I receive the email with the form attached but the information that the user input is not coming through. I have a similiar form and I looked at the submit button properties and they seem the same. Any ideas on what I need to do to get the form and data would be appreciated.

Thanks

Kelly,

Could be a number of things going on here. First thing to ask the user is whart Acrobat viewer is being used and what version. Is the user hitting the Submit button or attaching the PDF to the email message?

If the user is working in Reader and saving the file, no data are saved with the form unless the form was enabled with usage rights from Acrobat 8.

Your best solution is to enable the PDF with Reader usage rights using Acrobat 8 Professional, check your Submit button attributes, test the file, and ask your user to use an Acrobat viewer 7 or greater to resubmit the form to you.

The user is updating the form with 7.0 Pro and clicking the submit button. Once they click submit it opens outlook with the form attached and they just click send in outlook. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
