tab order

I just got adobe 8 professional and created a form. I changed the tab order and saved the file, but the tab order did not take. How can I fix this?

From the menu bar, click View, Navigation Panel, and select Pages.

Right click the page icon in the navigation panel and select Page Properties.

Set the Tab order as one of the four options and click OK.
