Text Field Data will not print

Using Acrobat 9 Pro on Macintosh, I have created a form with text fields and no character limit. When users type in text that fills beyond the text area size the text area becomes scrollable however this "hidden" text will not print. Is it possible to print everything in the field or to have the text area expand as text is entered?

I think I've figured out a work around: Setting the Font Size = Auto in the Text Field Properties (Appearance tab) will solve the problem but is definitely not as elegant as what is possible in LiveCycle Designer or MS Word. If user types enough text the size could be so small as to be unreadable. Kind of disappointing for Mac users with Acrobat.
