Tranfering data across forms

Hi,
 
I am using acrobat 9 pro to create 15 similar forms. My task is to create a portfolio using all 15 forms and dynamically transfer the total score(only one field) from each form into 16th form. I need some help to transfer just one field into a different form. I would like to know if anybody has done this before.

The easiest way is to keep the structure and form names should be the same. Then you can export the form field data for Acrobat forms as FDF and LiveCycle Designer forms as XDP data.

An alternative for LiveCycle Designer forms would be to post the data to an SQL database and then retrieve the data from that database in the next form.
