Trouble with people accessing a link to my file

Not sure what I'm doing wrong after reading up on it, but people are not being able to view my file via a link to Acrobat.com.

Here's what I've been doing

Uploaded my from to acrobat.com, (tried from acrobat and also in acrobat.com no problem)

Clicked share " every with access can share with others"

Tick the file share " Allow anyone with a link to view this document"

Everone else checked to "Anyone with a link can view the document and does not need to sign in to Acrobat.com.

copy link and post it

I have sent it direct to an email and it works

But otherwise it asks you to sign in

Any suggestion would be welcomed

Found out the link works if you copy and paste it into your browser on windows but on mac it seems fine just to click the link?
Any ideas on this??
