I have created a form fill pdf using acrobat professional v7.0. When another user opens the pdf using acrobat standard v7.0, he can't see the graphics and permanent text, just the form fields. Any thoughts?

Do the other users have the Form field tool selected or the hand tool? Perhaps the form fields are selected and obscuring the text and graphics. If the other users are entering text into your forms, I would recommend changing the document security so that they cannot modify the form fields.
