I know nothing about adobe acrobat pro 8. I have been trying to convert this invoice for three hours can someone help.

You could try run form recognision from the forms tab that COULD do the entire form for you! Failing that, choose View - toolbars- forms to open up the forms panel, in there you will have everything you need to fill the form in :-)
