typewriter function

I have transferred some forms that were created in Page Maker to Adobe. I saved them with the typewriter function enabled for Adobe Reader. When they open the user must select the typewriter button. Is there a way to have the typewriter automatically work (without having to select the button) when the form or document is opened?
